this car also ended up being our experiment vehicle, we would try everything on, including pushing motors till they broke continually learning the limits

started out with the 4.8 motor from 1.0 and th400 right into it, then we added nitrous.

when the 4.8 quit ( i broke pistons, replaced them, fubar'd the oring on the oil pump, and drove it knocking... who cares haha)

ended up putting in a 5.0, then swapping out the turbo to an 80mm, then experimenting with heads, cams. and turbos, and also isntalling a 4l80e trans etc

The Car ended up with

2003 5.3l motor with a gen4 blower cam 224-232 .618 lift, 114.5 LSA i believe...

ls1 intake, 80lb injectors, methanol, nitrous,

80e with circle D converter

two different cyl heads (799-241)

Magnum 80mm turbo

8.8 mustang rear, hardened 28s, welded stock diff, 3.55 gears and SSBC disk brake kit

car made 700+whp and went 9.95 @ 141mph
