T = tardy
Th = throwing objects
To = touching others without permission
D = disrespectful or disruptive
E = eating in class
P = profanity
Wh = whining
Of = off-task
U = unprepared for class
De = defacing school property
L = littering
Ph = using phone during class
W = wandering
C = playing "cop"
Points can be removed through classroom community service served during lunch or after school upon appointment only. One point is removed for each 40-minute period.
