În articolul său săptămânal, Benjamin Fulford confirmă ceea ce a fost deja dezvăluit prin mai multe surse, inclusiv Drake (un militar în legătură cu Pentagonul). Idei principale:
- Guvernul japonez a fost de acord în principiu pentru alocarea unui fond de 12.000 miliarde USD (în yeni) cu scopul de a eradica sărăcia, de a opri distrugerea mediului înconjurător, şi de a pune în folosul public, în mod responsabil, tehnologiile ultra-secrete care până acum au fost ţinute "sub cheie".
- În China se pare că a avut loc o schimbare de regim.
- În SUA, Pentagonul a început să solicite cetăţenilor americani să-şi facă provizii de alimente suficiente pentru 72 de ore (3 zile) deoarece ar putea apare o scurtă penurie de alimente ca urmare a înlocuirii iminente a dolarului SUA (USD) cu adevăratul dolar emis de trezoreria SUA, conform unor surse din California.
- Această înlocuire este extrem de probabil să fie acompaniată de o purificare masivă pentru eliminarea corupţiei în sectorul financiar şi guvernamental.
- Noul dolar american emis de Trezoreria SUA va avea iniţial o valoare de cumpărare mult mai mică decât actuala hârtie verde.
- Va fi nevoie de câteva săptămâni pentru ca fondul de dezvoltare anunţat de Japonia să fie complet.
- În acest moment, în Japonia nu mai există nicio marionetă controlabilă de vreun Kissinger, Nakasone, Bush, Rockefeller, Rothschild, Koizumi (oamenii Cabalei), aşa încât îndepărtarea lor de la puterea asupra Japoniei este un fapt împlinit.
- Noua agenţie de planificare economică internaţională numită în mod intenţionat LIFE (Long Term Investments for Everyone, adica Investiţii pe Termen Lung pentru Toţi) va asigura finanţarea restructurării Uniunii Europene şi a SUA, şi va promova proiecte de dezvoltare în toată lumea.
- Naţiunile BRICS vor înfiinţa propriul lor fond comun de finanţare, aşa cum a fost anunţat la întâlnirea BRICS de săptămâna trecută.
- În ce priveşte China... premierul Wen Jiabao, preşedintele Hu Jintao şi Le Keqiang se află pe masa discuţiilor. Fără îndoială că agentului Bo Xilai i-a fost promisă, de către Kissinger, poziţia de dictator al Chinei şi chiar întreaga lume în schimbul cooperarii.
- Ştim de asemenea din mai multe surse că seful partidului din Changqing, Bo Xilai era marioneta lui Henry Kissinger şi a Cabalei vechii ordini mondiale (a foştilor puternici).
- Informare pentru Kissinger şi pentru Comitetul celor 300: lumea nu vrea niciun dictator.
- Când lucrurile se vor aşeza, lumea va avea o conducere colectivă armonioasă.

Articolul de săptămâna aceasta a fost întârziat cu o zi datorită negocierilor sensibile dintre guvernele SUA, Rusiei, Chinei şi Japoniei, printre alţii. Negocierile încă sunt în plină desfăşurare, aşa încât multe lucruri nu se pot spune deocamdată. 1/24/12 (SWITZERLAND) Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, Dr. Michel Kazatchkine, a French clinical immunologist and head of the $22.6 billion fund has abruptly resigned, since revelations about corruption and misspending severely rattled some of its biggest donors. The resignation came on the eve of the World Economic Forum meeting in Davos, which played a role in its creation a decade ago. A dinner for the public-private fund is planned Thursday with U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and major backers Bill Gates and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The shakeup resulted from an internal review to address problems highlighted in Associated Press stories last year about the loss of tens of millions of dollars in grant money because of mismanagement and alleged fraud. Its biggest private donor is the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which has pledged $1.15 billion and provided it with $650 million so far.

Un mesaj pentru toţi cei care fac parte din aceste grupuri: vă rugăm să nu ne staţi în cale.
În orice caz, detaliile concrete vin din Japonia unde oficialii guvernamentali spun că, din motive tehnice şi administrative, va fi nevoie de câteva săptămâni pentru a pune pe picioare acest fond de 1 milion de miliarde de yeni. Aceste motive includ menţinerea în funcţionare a liniilor de creditare, a pensiilor, a taxelor şi impozitelor, şi a celorlalte asemenea responsabilităţi. Acum este cert ca în Japonia nu mai există nicio marionetă controlabilă de vreun Kissinger, Nakasone, Bush, Rockefeller, Rothschild, Koizumi (oamenii Cabalei), aşa încât îndepartarea lor de la puterea asupra Japoniei este un fapt împlinit.
Marele semn de întrebare care trebuie rezolvat acum este cum să fie implementate mecanismele de accesare a acestui fond uriaş de către statele lumii. Singurul lucru care s-a decis clar este că nu va fi deloc un sistem secret, centralizat în mâinile unor entităţi private. Există un acord în principiu pentru ca Japonia să contribuie cu jumătate de milion de miliarde de yeni la acest fond, iar restul de jumătate va fi obţinut de însăşi această agenţie LIFE prin măsuri proprii.
Această agenţie numită în mod intenţionat LIFE (Long Term Investments for Everyone, adică Investiţii pe Termen Lung pentru Toţi) va asigura finanţarea restructurării Uniunii Europene şi a SUA, şi va promova proiecte de dezvoltare în toată lumea. Dar înainte de a fi operaţională, o mică comisie de planificare va începe selectarea talentelor internaţionale care vor conduce agenţia. Momentul exact când se vor petrece toate acestea încă nu este stabilit, fiind în prezent un punct de discuţie în negocierile care se desfăşoară, dar se poate spune încă de pe acum că primele fonduri utilizabile vor fi disponibile la mijlocul lunii aprilie 2012.
Naţiunile BRICS vor înfiinţa propriul lor fond comun de finanţare, aşa cum a fost anunţat la întâlnirea BRICS de săptămâna trecută. Acest fond va fi operat de Brazilia, Rusia, India, China şi Africa de Sud, şi va folosi mai multe valute, dar va fi dominat de Renminbi şi de Rublă. Acest grup va lucra îndeaproape împreuna cu grupul ţărilor G20, conform cu declaraţia de la http://mea.gov.in/mystart.php?id=190019162.
Înapoi în China, se pare că agenţia de ştiri oficială Xinhua publică zilnic informaţii despre premierul Wen Jiabao, preşedintele Hu Jintao şi Le Keqiang. Discursul lui Le Keqiang de la Forumul Boao este disponibil la http://news.xinhuanet.com/english/china/2012-04/03/c_131504700_2.htm şi se pare că acesta este un candidat moderat de centru care pare un compromis între taberele puternice din spatele scenei politice chineze. Ştim din mai multe surse că şeful partidului din Changqing, Bo Xilai era marioneta lui Henry Kissinger şi a Cabalei vechii ordini mondiale (a foştilor puternici). Nu e de mirare că îi fusese promis postul de dictator al Chinei şi chiar lumea întreagă în schimbul cooperării sale. Informare pentru Kissinger şi pentru Comitetul celor 300: lumea nu vrea niciun dictator.
Când lucrurile se vor aşeza, lumea va avea o conducere colectivă armonioasă.
