Richmond James McClure 1908-1987
Rchmond James McClure (known as Dick), the 5th child and first son of Alice Burgess Hope and George McClure was born on 19 November 1908 at Edenhope, Victoria.
On 27 December 1935 he married Violet Gertrude Midner (known as Vi) and they had 2 children.
For many years Dick worked for the PMG (Post Master's General Department).
Dick McClure died on 12 December 1987, at Adelaide, South Australia.
Regretably, I have no further information about Dick McClure or his family.
